I was having a bowel movement a few hours ago and liberalism entered my thoughts. Don't be alarmed... it's a regular occurrence. The two go hand in hand. The subject of taxes was the mental topic of self discussion this time. So, go ahead. Vote for the jackass who will tax the piss out of your employer resulting in less money for them and in turn, less of everything for you. I just love listening to idiots like Biden talking about wages shrinking. I'm at what's considered the low end of that middle class these dolts love talking about and my wages haven't shrunk. My net income has grown by almost 20% this year. How's that in this "horrible" economy? Well, for one, I got off the sinking ship that was my old job and got another. GASP! Yes... another job. It was quite easy... even in this "bad economy". I've done it many times throughout my life. How else? By good old fashioned working my ass off, literally. I've lost 25 pounds over the last year just from that simple fact. I was disgusted to hear that a "friend" and her husband were laid off from their jobs. Both of them at the same time. But then I learned that he was given 6 months severance (he made 80 grand a year) and she was given 4 months severance (she made 60 grand a year). That's a good thing. I was happy to hear that the company was so generous and didn't just leave them flat broke. After all, a lot of companies just lay off and that is that. No severance. Nothing. Then there are the guys who whine and moan about being broke and not having any over time, yet they're always the first ones out the door at the end of the day. They're always the ones who call off more than anyone else. The same ones who, when a few hours of OT is offered on a Saturday, don't bother to take it. Yet they'll whine about their financial situations to no end. Blaming it on everyone and everything but themselves. They're also the same ones who fall for the socialist promises of Obama. So where am I going with this? In circles apparently. It's baffling. How can you aspire to financial success and at the same time turn around and want to punish success when it's achieved? How can you go to someone and agree to sell your time for a certain dollar amount, then turn around and complain about that amount? How can you go to someone who is successful enough to be able to give you a job, and then jeopardize that job by voting for idiots who want take away from that same person who gave you the job? I want you to step a little closer... got something for you. Come on... closer. A liiitle closer...
Feel that? Again, that was the bruised, calloused, scarred and battered hand of a hard workin' damn proud American popping you like an overdue pimple! Wake up! Do it now. Your friends and neighbors need you to be alert. If ignorance is your only excuse, then that's fixable. Just go study up on socialism and ask yourself if a life of government control of your life is what you really want. I for one will stand right here and say to the world that Obama could offer me a million dollars to vote for him, and I would, without a moments hesitation, tell him to blow it up his nether-region. That's how dangerous this man and his puppeteers are for this country. He'd just tax 60% of it anyway. RII, -C
